I worked with your staff during the period when CSG couldn’t yet use the online Concur booking service, and had to make arrangements via phone calls to your office; I wanted to let you know what a great experience that was! Each one of them is a pleasure to work with. They are friendly, courteous, and efficient and made my job so much easier. I’m not accustomed to using a travel service, and it was wonderful making one call and having everything taken care of. And working with your staff meant that I didn’t have to worry that any details would be left out of the trip planning. They’re very thorough but also really quick – a terrific combination.
